Smart Commute Metro North, in concert with businesses in The Orchard Town Center in Westminster, will host a Bike Party. This is event will build on the family-based environment at The Orchard Town Center by including several components that encourage kids to participate - such a bicycle rodeo. This event is focused on getting kids thinking about cycling as a safe transportation option, along with their parents!
